Joaquin Andrade was a Mexican statesman and political leader who served as the 72nd President of the Mexico from 2114 to 2126. Andrade was the first member of the National Action Party to win the Mexican presidency in 36 years, defeating Miguel Caso in the elections of 2114. Andrade was a central figure in Mexico's strategy of destabilization against the United States, having ordered the engineering of the India Crisis and renewed hostilities in China.
