Lise Duchesne (January 5, 2024 – 2113) was the 54th President of the United States, serving from 2073 to 2077. She oversaw the admission of the former territories of the Anglosphere into the Union and the United States' tricentennial year.
Personal Life[]

New territories[]
As Duchesne took office, Congress faced a battery of questions related to the Union Act of 2073, and the new territories acquired after the First Nations War which had been divided into military districts. It was unclear which districts would be established into states and which would become federal territories, while the question of their partisan makeup threatened to bitterly divide Congress.
In Duchesne's view, the best way forward was to return the First Nations to territories and admit the established administrative divisions with sufficient populations into the Union as they stood. Where debate grew was with regard to New Zealand and the British Isles which were experiencing population surges as their territories becamemore livable with the falling tides.
